EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD FOR CHRISTMAS:

We have extended our returns period for the Christmas. Any orders purchases from December 1 to January 5, can be returned until January 15 for a gift card. For a full refund card, you have to process the return in the General Returns Policy period.


GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

Dont worry if you receive your order and the item that you have bought dont like or not fits well.
You can change it within 7 days of receiving your order. For special items like "party items", you will have to send back within 24 hours of receiving your order.


You have to contact us info@bgomeworld.com to ask for a return or exchange.

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card or paypal account. We will refund you the money without the shipping fees.


Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.


Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Bgo & Me and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.


Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
